Our Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales from the Soul Beauty Webshop, unless there are other written agreements between the purchaser and Soul Beauty Webshop.
Documentation and Guidance
If there are product descriptions and directions for use for a product, these are sent with the product. If you require further information or advice from us, this will be in the form of guidance.
Delivery time and method of transport
Products sent Soul Beauty Webshop are considered delivered as soon as the customer has received the product. All purchases are sent by post or GLS, unless there is another special agreement between the purchaser and Soul Beauty Webshop. We despatch orders according to the order in which we receive them. Delivery time will normally be 7-10 working days from receipt of order. The products we have in stock are of course sent out as quickly as possible.
Product Risk
Product risk for goods ordered from our Webshop becomes the responsibility of the purchaser when the 14 days right of return has expired. If the product is damaged or found faulty after receipt, the purchaser maintains his right of return if the damage or faultiness cannot be attributed to negligence or lack of due care on his part. Remember to always keep the original packaging, as the product must be returned in its original packaging in the case of a complaint or damage.
Complaint
Any faults or lfailings in products/goods delivered by Soul Beauty Webshop, must be reported within 14 days after the fault has been found. It is your duty to report, and if required show, the nature of the fault or failing. Soul Beauty Workshop must be informed of any fault. In general, you can only register a complaint about a fault found within 14 days of delivery of the product. If the product has a limited shelf life, then your right to complain is limited to the shelf life period as declared by Soul Beauty Webshop. As customer you can choose whether the product should be exchanged. There is exception to this rule if the product cannot be exchanged, or if it would mean disproportionately large expenses for Soul Beauty Webshop.
Cancellation Right
There is a 14-day cancellation period for Soul Beauty Webshop, from the day you receive the product. If you wish to cancel the purchase, Soul Beauty must be informed of this within 14 days from the day you actively received the product. You are obliged to return the product in essentially the same condition and amount as received; this applies also to the packaging for and information labels on the product. You assume the costs of return. You can cancel your purchase either by refusing to accept the product, by returning it to the post office, or by returning the product to the given address.
Information Liability
Purchase agreements can be made in either Danish or English and are required to be kept by the company for 5 years according to the law on book-keeping.
