One word of advice prior to the use of cream or oils: don’t dry your face with a towel, but apply cream to the skin whilst it is still moist. It will be better absorbed.

The same is true of skin on the rest of the body.

How to apply a face cream properly:
Always wash your hands before applying any skin product. Take approiate amount of the cream with your fingertips and apply it to the face, avoiding the eye area. Use an eye cream to moisturize and nourish the delicate area around the eyes. Dot the cream , an inch away from the eyes to avoid irritation. Starting with the centre of your face applying the cream upwards. Massage it very lightly, never rub a cream.  Always remember your ears and neck too. Stroke upward so that you don't "pull" the skin down.

7 days fruit acid cure:
Apply the cream onto your face, avoiding the area around your eyes and lips. Use once or twice daily for a week.
leave it on the face for 2-5 minutes. After a seven days cure it is not advisable to to use until at least 6 weeks after.
Firms up the skin and smoothes out signs of aging, liver spots, larger pores and problem skin.
AHA fruit acids can increase photosensitivity, so avoid sun and use sunscreen during the period where you use the fruit acid cure.
